The Punjab Land Records Authority (PLRA) has announced new service charges for land administration services, effective immediately for the fiscal year 2026-27.
The revised fee structure covers property transfers, registration, mutations, e-registration and related services, with separate rates set for domestic and overseas transactions.
Under the new schedule, an express copy of land records, including Fard, Mutation and Girdawri documents, obtained through Mobile Arazi Record Centers and Universal Access facilities will cost Rs4,000. A standard copy will be priced at Rs900.
The fee for a Naqal Arazi Record has been fixed at Rs5,000, while a Green Property Certificate will cost Rs800. Copies of registered deeds will be charged at Rs1,400 per transaction.
Regular mutations will now cost Rs1,200, while mutations processed through banks will be charged at Rs2,100. Express service mutations will carry a fee of Rs11,200. Bank verification of land records will cost Rs1,000 for successful transactions and Rs700 for unsuccessful ones.
Under the e-registration system, appointment of a commission will cost Rs6,700. Sale and purchase transactions will attract a service fee equal to 0.1 percent of the property value, subject to a minimum charge of Rs3,600. All other e-registration transactions will carry a fixed fee of Rs3,600.
Property Transfer System transactions involving housing societies and development authorities will now cost Rs3,000, while filing cases through the Revenue Courts Management System will cost Rs3,500.
For overseas Pakistanis seeking land record services through foreign missions, the authority has introduced an additional charge of $50 per transaction for issuance of land records. Appointing a foreign mission as a local commission through the e-registration system will cost $100 per transaction.
