Samsung’s Galaxy A27 is moving closer to launch, with fresh signs confirming its arrival. The device first appeared in November. Later, it showed up on the Geekbench database in early April. Soon after, leaked renders gave a closer look at its design.
Now, Samsung has officially confirmed that the Galaxy A27 exists and will launch soon. While this may not surprise many, the confirmation adds more weight to earlier leaks. However, the company has not yet announced the phone fully. Instead, it quietly listed the Galaxy A27 as compatible with Samsung Wallet on its Brazilian website. This listing clearly confirms that the device is on its way.

The Galaxy A27 will use the Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 SoC. It will come with 6GB of RAM, which should handle daily tasks smoothly. In addition, the phone will run Android 16 at launch. This ensures users get the latest software features right away.
In terms of design, the Galaxy A27 follows the same style as the Galaxy A37 and Galaxy A57. This means users can expect a modern and clean look. The overall design language appears consistent across Samsung’s mid-range lineup.
Camera details have also surfaced through earlier rumors. The Galaxy A27 is expected to feature a 50MP main camera. Alongside it, there will likely be an 8MP ultrawide lens and a 2MP macro camera. This setup should offer decent flexibility for everyday photography.
Moreover, the display is expected to be a strong point. Reports suggest a 6.7-inch FHD+ AMOLED screen. It will also support a 120Hz refresh rate, which should provide smooth scrolling and better visuals. Although Samsung has not shared a launch date yet, the steady flow of leaks and confirmations suggests the wait may not be long.
