YouTube Premium subscribers in several European countries and Singapore will pay 10 to 15 percent more for the ad-free service starting next month, Google has confirmed.
The new rates take effect from each subscriber’s next billing cycle on or after September 23, 2026.
In parts of Europe, the individual YouTube Premium plan will rise from €13.99 to €15.99 per month. Finland will see a similar increase, with the monthly fee climbing from €14.99 to €16.99. In Romania, the individual membership fee will go up from 29 to 32 Romanian leu per month.
Singapore will also be affected, with the individual plan increasing from S$13.98 to S$15.98 monthly, while the family plan rises from S$27.98 to S$31.98.
Google is rolling out the price changes in stages across different markets rather than applying them worldwide at once. The company had earlier raised YouTube Premium prices in the United States, where some plans saw monthly fees increase by up to $4.
According to Google, the revised rates will apply from each affected subscriber’s next billing date, provided that date falls on or after September 23, 2026.
Price increases for YouTube Premium are not typically frequent, but when they occur, Google has consistently introduced them market by market rather than simultaneously.
