Pursuant to the orders issued by the Directorate General of Trade Organizations (DGTO), Mr. Sajjad Mustafa Syed, has been restored as Chairman of P@SHA for the remainder of his statutory two-year term (2024–2026), with immediate effect.
The Central Executive Committee (CEC) acknowledges and respects the decision of the DGTO and extends its full support and cooperation to Mr. Sajjad Mustafa Syed as he resumes his responsibilities as Chairman.
Accordingly, the acting charge previously assigned to Mr. Muhammad Umair Nizam, Senior Vice Chairman, stands withdrawn in accordance with the DGTO’s decision.
The Senior Vice Chairman, other Office Bearers, and the entire Central Executive Committee remain fully committed to working collectively and constructively for the betterment of P@SHA, its members, and Pakistan’s IT and IT-enabled services industry.
The CEC stands united in its commitment to the Association and firmly believes that P@SHA’s strength lies in collective leadership, mutual respect, institutional continuity, and a shared vision for the growth and advancement of the industry.
Moving forward, the Chairman, Senior Vice Chairman, Office Bearers, and CEC will continue to work together to strengthen P@SHA, serve the interests of its members, advocate effectively for the industry, and further enhance Pakistan’s position as a globally competitive technology destination.
