The new facility will allow applicants to obtain updates about their license delivery and submit complaints regarding delays.
Applicants can contact City Traffic Police Lahore through 0322-5638888 and 0325-5638888 for information and complaints related to undelivered driving licenses.
The traffic police said the helpline has been introduced to help applicants resolve delivery-related issues and receive timely updates on the status of their driving licenses.
