Hyundai Nishat Motors has officially launched the Elantra 1.6 Special Edition in Pakistan, priced at Rs 6,449,000, with bookings opening on May 13, 2026.
The automaker made the announcement through its official social media platforms, confirming that the Special Edition will carry exclusive upgraded features over the current standard model.
Customers interested in securing a unit must submit a booking amount of Rs 1,500,000 at the time of reservation through authorised Hyundai dealerships across Pakistan.
The edition is expected to retain Hyundai’s proven 1.6-litre MPI naturally aspirated petrol engine, paired with a six-speed automatic transmission featuring Tiptronic functionality for Pakistani buyers.
Hyundai’s promotional campaign highlighted four key additions: a push-start ignition system, eight-way power-adjustable seats with lumbar support, cruise control, and selectable multiple driving modes.
The current Elantra lineup in Pakistan includes the 1.6 GL at Rs 5,490,000, the 2.0 Limited Edition at Rs 6,920,000, and the Elantra Hybrid priced at Rs 9,895,000.
The new Special Edition sits between the entry-level GL and the 2.0 Limited Edition, occupying a distinct mid-range position within Hyundai’s existing local sedan lineup.
