The official live wallpapers for Google’s upcoming Pixel 3 smartphone have been made available online.

There already has been a lot of buzz about the upcoming flagship device from Google, the Google Pixel 3, with rumors and leaks coming in huge numbers. And now even before the smartphone has launched, the official wallpapers for Google Pixel 3 have been leaked online.

The wallpapers, which originally came yesterday through the courtesy of Ishan Agarwal and MySmartPrice, soon started circulating on digital media. A lot of users were able to actually download the wallpapers and placed them on their smartphones. Some users were even able to use these wallpapers as live backgrounds on their smartphones, here is how you can do it too.

The wallpapers can be downloaded on any Android smartphone because they essentially are screenshots, however, if you need to see them live, you will have to download separate APK file too. Follow these three easy steps, to get all this done.

  1. Download the Google Wallpapers application.
  2. Download the Google Pixel 3 Wallpapers (includes APK for smartphones running Android Pie).

If you have an Android smartphone with software version lower than Android Pie, you will have to separate download the Google Pixel 3 live wallpapers APK.

3. Download the APK for Android 6.0 to 7.1 from here and for Android 8.0 to 8.1 here.

As far as the details about the smartphone wallpapers are concerned, the 28 wallpapers vary from abstract designs to shots of physical places. All of the wallpapers are alive and react to most of the actions that a user would do.

There are a total of 28 wallpapers, all of which bear quality of 1080p and better, and work well with any Android phone running on Android version Marshmallow and above. As far as the conformity of these wallpapers is concerned, we have already seen a few of these wallpapers in some leaks and it is quite likely that actual wallpapers would mostly be the same. Not to forget that these essentially are leaks and actual content wouldn’t officially show up until the smartphone is launched on October 9th.

There has been a lot of news about the phone too. Earlier photos raked in showing that the smartphone might come with a notch and later Google accidentally leaked out the smartphone in totality.
