Not long ago, we reported about Nokia 1’s leak, showing its brilliant design that somehow backed up HMD’s executive statement – MWC will be “awesome” for Nokia. Now, it seems that we have another Nokia leak on the table, as recently, the upcoming Nokia 7 Plus has surfaced online.

A few days back, a report claimed that Nokia 7 Plus would be the first smartphone from Nokia to feature a bezel-less front. Meaning that it could support 18:9 aspect ratio. Moreover, it stated that the production for the handset has started as well.

Currently, a new report from VTECH has emerged, providing key specifications about the upcoming model. According to the leak, Nokia 7 Plus will sport a 6-inch display, quite an upgrade from Nokia 7’s 5.2-inch screen. The panel is rumored to be a full HD+ with a resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels.

Furthermore, as the leak claims, the phone will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 SoC – another major upgrade from the Snapdragon 630 of Nokia 7. The chipset will be supported by Adreno 512 GPU and the new Kryo 260 CPU. The handset will also feature fast charging and will come with a metal body coated with ceramic at the back edges.

Coming to the camera, Nokia 7 Plus will reportedly support dual camera on the rear. One of which will be of 12MP and other of the 13MP sensor. On the front, there will be a 16MP selfie camera with an aperture of f/2.0. Every camera lens on the phone would be ZEISS certified, as well. The rumor also claims about other camera features like Bothie that uses both front and back cameras simultaneously.

Speaking of the camera, as the report suggests, the Nokia Camera app will also be returning to the Nokia 7 Plus, allowing users to manually control ISO, focus, shutter speed and more.

Lastly, according to the rumors, Nokia 7 Plus will ship with Android 8.0 out of the box, but will soon receive an update for Android 8.1 Oreo.
