The phones are ranked on the basis of their cameras and their availability in Pakistan.
1. Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus

Samsung’s 10th-anniversary phone needed to be outstanding. It needed to stand out not only from its competition but also its predecessors. And with the Samsung Galaxy S10+, they have done just that. The 6.4 inches screen is powered by a hefty 4100 mAh battery.
The two internal memory and RAM size combinations are insane. One offers 128/512 GB with 8 GB RAM while the other has 1 TB, 12 GB RAM. The camera island is a technological marvel. The dual front cameras are rated as 10 MP and 8 MP. While the main rear camera array features triple cameras. The wide camera is 12 MP, the ultrawide is 16 Mp and the telephoto camera is 12 MP.
This top of the line phone also comes with top of the line features such as in-display fingerprint scanner and wireless charging. Although it also comes with a top of the line price tag.
2. Huawei P30 Pro

The Huawei P30 Pro is the best camera phones out there. The 50x zoom works surprisingly well, essentially turning the phone into a mini telescope. The quad camera consists of a 40MP wide camera, 20MP telephoto camera, 8MP ultrawide camera, and a ToF 3D camera. The front camera may be single but it has 30 MP lens.
The phone features a 6.47 inches screen that runs from a 4200 mAh battery. The 8 Gb RA is more than enough to handle any mobile application. However, there is the issue of the Google ban. Sure this phone was already in the market before the ban hence has full access to Play Store and Android, but we don’t know how long it will continue to receive updates.
3. Huawei Mate 20 Pro
Price: Rs. 149,999
The Huawei Mate 20 Pro is the best phone camera phone in this price range. It came out in late 2018 as the flagship phone of Huawei. Its features and specs are mostly the same as the P30 Pro. The camera setup is different. There is no 50x zoom, however, it is co-produced with Leica. The three rear cameras are wide, telephoto and ultrawide which are rated 40 MP, 8 MP and 20 MP respectively.
It also uses a notch display which houses a 20 MP selfie camera. Design-wise, some people prefer notched displays over the more recent trend of no notches or a dewdrop notch as in the P30 Pro. The 8 GB RAM is there to handle the toughest applications while the 4200 mAh battery is well suited to the 6.39 inches display.
4. Samsung Galaxy Note 9
Price: Rs. 139,999
Samsung Galaxy Note 9 is the best phone with a note in the name. It sure is expensive, but it makes it up with the specs. At this price, you get an internal storage of 512 GB with 8 GB RAM. The storage is expandable up to 1 TB. The 6.4 inches screen is powered by a big 4000 mAh battery. The display is super crisp with 516 PPI.
You also get an improved S Pen, which might be the very reason why anyone would consider a Note. The cameras are not the real focus here so the dual rear cameras for wide and telephoto are both 12 MP. The 8MP selfie camera is the only thing not impressive about this phone.
5. Apple iPhone XS

Apple iPhone XS is the best phone for those who love iOS. One thing no one can deny about this phone is its look and feel. Everything about its build is polished to a fine gleam. Apple hit the brakes in the screen size that was increasing every year with the new model. It features a manageable 5.8 inches screen with a comparatively larger 2658mAh battery than other iPhones.

You’ll have to bring out magnifying glasses to see the bezels on the sides. This is the most expensive OPPO phone released in Pakistan. Its features are one step better than the F11 Pro. For instance, unlike 6 GB RAM in F11, Reno 10X has 8 GB RAM. The big 4065 mAh battery is enough for the big 6.6 inches screen.
The selfie camera is pretty much the same with F11 Pro. The only difference is in the presentation. The rear camera is 48 MP and features 10 times zoom.
8. LG G7 ThinQ
Price: Rs. 119,999
With the LG G7 ThinQ, the company looks to be ticking all the right boxes. The dual rear cameras are wide and ultrawide each having 16 MP. That may not seems as much but where the G7 really shines is in making high-quality videos. You can shoot 2160p videos at a rate of 30 frames per second. Moreover, the rear camera does exceptionally well in low light conditions. The front camera is 8 MP.
Other than the camera, the phone has a 6 GB RAM with a 3000 mAh battery. The internal storage can be 64 or 128 GB.
9. Vivo V15 Pro

The Vivo V15 Pro is a beauty. It may very well be the most stylish phone of Vivo. The V15 Pro has some flagship-level features, and at this price range, some companies usually offer upper to mid-range smartphones. The in-display fingerprint sensor is not the only nifty feature. There is a sliding front camera right above the rear cameras which make for perfect symmetry.

The Redmi Note 7 supports a huge 48 MP, f/1.8 camera that is amazing at this price. Although it shares its position with the OPPO F11 and the Huawei P30 Lite which are similarly priced. This is as big a camera you can find in this range. With the PDAF technology, Note 7 can focus fast and take good shots in a snap. Moreover, the 5 MP, f/2.4, depth sensor means it can take pictures with a blurred background.
The selfie camera is not a compromise here. The 13 MP, f/2.2 selfie camera features an HDR mode which produces some stunning selfies.
