Marvel crossovers consistently dominate Fortnite. Now, a massive leak suggests another major villain is joining the game. Specifically, the maniacal AI Ultron will soon arrive on the Fortnite Island. Previously, Epic Games added other Avengers movie villains, such as Thanos and Loki. Therefore, Ultron’s delayed debut feels quite shocking.
Reliable Fortnite Sources Confirm the Leak
Top sources like HYPEX and ShiinaBR generally lead the Fortnite leak community. Yesterday, ShiinaBR corroborated a promising report from @SamLeakss. They confirmed Ultron’s looming arrival. Currently, leakers do not know the exact release date. Consequently, the villain could hit the item shop during Chapter 7 Season 2 or later.

MCU Ties & VisionQuest Integration
Epic Games might align this release with the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Specifically, Disney+ will launch the new series VisionQuest later in 2026. This show follows White Vision reclaiming his memories. It builds upon lingering plot threads from WandaVision and Agatha All Along. Furthermore, James Spader will officially return as Ultron in this project. The Avengers may have let a hidden copy of his consciousness slip by, or he could appear in flashbacks. Thus, Epic Games and Disney could easily drop the Ultron skin alongside the VisionQuest trailer.
Expected Designs & Gameplay Potential
While the debut seems certain, Ultron’s final Fortnite design remains a mystery. The developers could use his standard or upgraded appearance from the Age of Ultron movie. Alternatively, they might offer exciting styles. Potential variants include Infinity Ultron from What If…?, Annihilation Ultron, the golden comics Age of Ultron, All-Father Ultron, or Heroes Reborn Ultron.
In the comics, Hank Pym created Ultron, and the two eventually fused. Conversely, Tony Stark built the AI within the MCU. Regardless of his origin, the villain wants to wipe out humanity. He views intelligent machine life as natural evolution. He backs himself up through the internet and creates endless machine clones. Ultimately, Ultron could serve as a major seasonal threat, much like Doctor Doom did several months ago. However, fans must remember that plans change and leaks can sometimes provide bad info.
