Separately, City Traffic Police Lahore has launched a dedicated helpline for applicants who have completed the required process for a driving licence but have not yet received their cards.
The facility allows applicants to obtain updates on licence delivery and submit complaints about delays. Applicants can call 0322-5638888 or 0325-5638888 for information and complaints related to undelivered licences.
The traffic police said the helpline aims to help applicants resolve delivery-related issues and receive timely updates on the status of their licences.
