Google Calendar now lets you add a note when you change or delete an event.

Google has recently announced in its official blogpost that it is adding an interesting feature in its Calendar app which will allow users to leave a note when they change or delete an event in the Calendar. A dialog box appears that asks you to add a short message to explain why are you changing the event and what changes are being made.

The note if you send to participants will not only appear in the event section of the Calendar but also in the email “sent” box updating everyone about the event change you have made. For instance, if you want to change the time for a meeting, you can now leave a message so that everyone gets the notification and see what and why the change was applied.

Although, it’s not a big feature but a good way to keep everyone on the same platform. The feature is now available for G Suite users and will reach out to everyone within the next three days. If you want to learn what’s new in your Calendar visit Calendar Help.

The search giant Google has been adding many updates and features since the start of 2018. Last week we reported that Google introduced a new feature to mark your photos “Favourite” in your device gallery. Google Photos are being updated with a new “Star” feature to mark and save your best photos in a “Favourite” folder. With this feature, users will be able to organize and search their photos more easily in the phone gallery.
