Honor has officially launched the X7e Plus, bringing several upgrades over the Honor X7e introduced in May. The new model features a larger 6.87-inch display. However, it still uses a TFT LCD panel with a 720p resolution.
The biggest upgrade comes in the battery department. The Honor X7e Plus packs an 8,100mAh battery, which is 600mAh larger than the standard X7e. Charging support remains unchanged, though, with the phone supporting 45W wired charging. In addition, the device now comes with full IP69K protection.
This rating protects the phone against high-temperature, high-pressure water jets. Honor also claims the X7e Plus can survive drops from up to 2.5 meters. The phone is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 4 Gen 4 chipset. It comes with either 6GB or 8GB of RAM. Storage options include 128GB and 256GB. However, the camera setup remains the same as the standard X7e.
The Honor X7e Plus features a 50MP main camera on the back. It also has a 5MP front-facing camera for selfies and video calls. On the software side, the phone runs MagicOS 10.0, based on Android 16. It also includes Honor’s full AI feature suite.
The available AI tools include AI Image to Video 2.0, AI Eraser, AI Recorder, and Magic Portal. These features add more AI-powered tools for editing, recording, and everyday tasks.
The Honor X7e Plus is available in Velvet Black, Meteor Silver, and Desert Gold colors. The phone starts at AED 899 ($245) in the UAE.
