Apple is ready to introduce a smarter version of its AI system with iOS 27. The update is expected to debut this June at the Worldwide Developers Conference. It should roll out in September alongside the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max. Early findings suggest Apple is focusing on practical AI tools that fit into everyday tasks.
Reports reveal four new features tied to Apple Intelligence. These features appeared in backend code, offering a preview of what is coming next. First, visual intelligence may soon scan food nutrition labels. This feature could pull detailed data and connect it with the Apple Health app. As a result, users may track their diet more easily.
In addition, Visual Intelligence could help users save contact details faster. It may detect printed phone numbers and addresses, then suggest adding them to Contacts. Apple already uses similar technology for calendar entries. Therefore, this update feels like a natural step forward.
Meanwhile, Apple Wallet is also set to expand its capabilities. Users may soon create digital passes by scanning event tickets or gym membership cards. This feature already exists in Google Wallet. So, Apple bringing it to its platform aligns with industry trends.
Lastly, Safari will use AI to organize browsing better. It may automatically name tab groups based on their content. While this change seems small, it could improve daily browsing for many users.
