Apple’s iPhone 8 may feature 3D laser technology

Different rumors and leaks have been circulating on social media platforms regarding the specification of Apple’s upcoming flagship, iPhone 8. A leak revealed that the new iPhone 8 might feature specs such as next generation 3D laser technology and augmented reality(AR). The augmented reality feature in iPhone wouldn’t be a big surprise as the company had already launched its own ARKit, to expand its operation in the field of AR.

Moreover, there had also been rumors that Apple might abandon Touch ID, its fingerprint recognition software, for a new facial recognition one. Additionally, iPhone 8 might also house wireless charging feature.

Furthermore, previously a leaked video also showed that new iPhone might feature a bezel-less display, a dual camera, a 5.8-inch display screen and would be taller than both iPhone 7 and iPhone 7S. It would be worth mentioning here that Apple’s new OS named as iOS 11 will ship with lots of apps related to AR.

The iPhone 8 will ship in four different colors with an iris scanner. The price of the new iPhone 8 will be around $1000 to $1200.

The sales of the Apple’s Mac have declined in Q2 of 2017 when comparing it to preceding year’s Q2. The company shipped around 4.24 million Macs, down from 4.26 million in Q2 of 2016.

Moving forward, the company has recently launched a public beta version for macOS High Sierra. The new update is aimed to provide better video encoding and graphics to users.
