Emirates Group has announced more than 100 job openings across aviation and corporate roles, offering Pakistani applicants a route into international careers with the UAE based carrier.
The vacancies span I.T., engineering, aircraft maintenance, airport operations, logistics, human resources and customer service, and are open to both experienced professionals and early career candidates.
Eligible Pakistani citizens can apply for positions designated for international candidates and expatriates, subject to meeting the specific educational qualifications and professional experience required for each role.
Pilot compensation forms a major part of the recruitment push. Emirates is offering Direct Entry Captains a tax free annual package of up to AED 1.185 million, roughly $320,000.
The package includes an average annual cash component of around AED 575,000, along with company provided accommodation, educational support for up to three children, insurance, travel benefits and 42 days of annual leave, based on an average of 85 flying hours per month.
Cabin crew positions carry a basic salary of AED 4,980 per month, plus AED 69.60 for every flying hour. Based on 80 to 100 flying hours monthly, total average pay comes to approximately AED 11,244.
Emirates also runs a National Cadet Pilot Programme, under which stipends rise progressively through ground school and flight training until reaching AED 52,105 per month for a First Officer. This programme is limited to UAE nationals and is not open to Pakistani applicants.
Beyond pilot and cabin crew roles, a large share of the vacancies are open to international professionals, giving Pakistani candidates with relevant qualifications a chance to enter technology, engineering, maintenance, logistics, airport operations, human resources and customer service functions.

The drive comes as global aviation continues to expand following pandemic related disruption, with airlines ramping up hiring to meet rising passenger demand.
