ELEVATE 3.0 brought together Pakistan’s corporate leaders, technology experts, investors, and policymakers on August 10–11, 2026. The two-day event focused on the country’s digital economy and future growth.
Organized by the CxO Global Forum, the event covered investment, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud computing, IT exports, and sustainability. It featured ten panel discussions, keynote speeches, expert presentations, a fireside session, and award ceremonies.
Investment, AI and Cybersecurity Take Center Stage
The first day focused on investment, digital transformation, cybersecurity, and AI. Speakers discussed how Pakistan can attract investment and build a stronger technology ecosystem.
One panel explored the role of local and global investors in Pakistan’s economic future. Another session examined how REITs could help raise capital for infrastructure and major development projects.
Cybersecurity also featured prominently as experts discussed the risks linked to Pakistan’s growing digital economy. Speakers from BISP, Risk Associates, D-Tech Consultancy, SnSkies, and Abhi Microfinance Bank Limited joined the discussion.
Artificial intelligence was another key topic. Industry and policy experts examined how AI, digital governance, and emerging technologies could shape Pakistan’s technology sector.
The first day also featured keynotes from Hon. Bilal Bin Saqib, Chairman of PVARA, Shafiq Akbar, Chairman of IMARAT Group, and Sardar Tahir, President of ICCI.
Infrastructure, Cloud and IT Exports Drive Day Two
Day two shifted toward infrastructure, governance, cloud services, IT exports, and sustainability. Speakers discussed how Pakistan can develop infrastructure to support its future digital needs.
A session on data centers and cloud infrastructure examined their role in supporting Pakistan’s growing demand for digital services. George Zuo, CEO of Kotohira System Japan, also presented an AI-based data center solution.
The event also highlighted Pakistan’s IT export potential. Dr. Irfan Ahmed, CEO of Dotcom Arabia, discussed the importance of promoting Pakistan’s technology capabilities in global markets.
Sustainability was another major focus, with speakers exploring IoT, AgriTech, and ESG. The discussion looked at how emerging technologies can support sustainable development in Pakistan.
ELEVATE 3.0 concluded with a keynote from Faisal Jeddy, CEO of the Pakistan Software Export Board, followed by an awards ceremony.
The event brought together public and private sector stakeholders to discuss Pakistan’s economic and digital direction. Its discussions highlighted the growing role of investment, AI, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and technology exports in the country’s future.
