Apple iPhone X

iPhone X has been released and people are going crazy over it. Thousands of people queued up around the world to get their hands on the Apple’s 10th-anniversary phone. And it all explained why there were no queues at the launch of iPhone 8 and 8 Plus. Although the iPhone X is the world’s most expensive phone but that did not stop people from buying. Check out the iPhone X price in Pakistan and you can also pre-order.

One of the major changes in the new iPhone X is the removal of the home button and some users might be wondering how to perform different tasks without the home button. Apple has prepared a comprehensive guided tour of 4 minutes which walks you through whats new and different in the iPhone compared to all previous iPhone devices.

The video walks you through some new gestures, Face ID and the new animoji feature. The video shows you that where ever you are, you just need to swipe up to go home. And to open the multitasking menu, which you used to open with the double tap of the home button, you just need to swipe from the bottom and pause for a second. The multitasking menu will be opened and you can easily switch apps with a swipe. Moreover, you can swipe at the bottom of the app to switch from one app to the other (That does not look convenient as you might accidentally switch app while swiping at the bottom).

To go to the control center, you need to swipe down from the top right corner and to dismiss it, just swipe up. Swipe down from the center to access all your notification and swipe right to access widgets. To activate Siri, you either need to say “Hey Siri” or press the home side button for a couple of seconds. And to turn off the device, you need to press the side button and volume button at once.

The tour also tells you about the Face ID and how to use it. It also tells you about the new stage lightning feature. To know more about the new iPhone X, watch the video yourself.
