Pakistani gamer Arslan ‘Ash’ Siddique won his eighth Evolution Championship Series (Evo) title on Monday, defeating South Korean player Rangchu in the Tekken eight final at Las Vegas.
The victory marks the fourth consecutive Tekken 8 title at Evo for the 30-year-old. The tournament ran from June 26-28 at the West Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Centre.
“8x EVO champion. Alhamdulillah,” Arslan wrote on X following the win.
Arslan finished third at Evo 2022 in the Tekken 7 category. He went on to win the Tekken 7 title at Evo Japan in April 2023, securing his fifth Evo title at the US tournament in July 2024.
He claimed his sixth title at Evo 2025 in August 2025, followed by his seventh at Evo France in October 2025. The gamer had also won the Tekken 7 tournament in Japan in 2019.
Evo is the biggest fighting game tournament in the world, held annually in Las Vegas.
