This Galaxy S9 leak will be a major disappointment for fans

Samsung’s Galaxy S9 is going to be the first ground-breaking flagship device of 2018 and rumors about the phone are on the rise months before its launch. As the rumors about the Samsung Galaxy S9’s launch on CES 2017 have been denied by Samsung, so it’s obvious that we may not see the unveiling of the phone till February 2018.

The leak that earlier revealed that S9’s fingerprint scanner will be in a different position than its predecessor Galaxy S8 which had it right beside the camera was quite unreal. Latest image leaks by SlashLeaks shows that S9’s fingerprint scanner will be mounted right below the rear camera, which looks weird.

Several reports have affirmed that Samsung will not be taking any move forward in terms of design changes. The new S9 will be coming with the same old back design whose fingerprint scanner position was annoying for many users. Although the South Korean giant has already been rumored about filling a patent on-screen fingerprint scanner for S9, it looks like this is not going to be the case anymore.

The leak also suggests that the Galaxy S9 will feature a single rear camera unlike Galaxy Note 8 which became the first device by Samsung with dual camera sensors on the back.

The earlier reports have affirmed that Samsung’s upcoming flagship will be powered by Snapdragon 845 chipsets and Exynos 9810 chipsets, there could be more internal storage as Samsung is up to developing 512GB memory chips. Improvements like these could make the next flagships of Samsung somehow different from Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus. Will these features make Galaxy S9 a better choice than its rivals, this remains a mystery for now.
