After only two days of becoming a Minister for Science and Technology, Fawad Ch has posted a surprising tweet, promising to make all the young scientists in Pakistan “stars” by providing them opportunities in the field of science and technology.
The former Information minister was removed from his post during a major cabinet reshuffle last week and was made the Minister of Science and Technology, the post which was vacant for the past 8 months.
Fawad Ch today took to his Twitter handle where he quoted Oscar Wilde, “Success is a Science; If you have the conditions you get the result”, and promised youngsters that he would create great opportunities for the young minds, who have interest in the technology field. He told the young scientists to buckle up and promised to create stars in the field of science and technology.
He tweeted, “I promise you to create conditions for you to be a star, email and be part of team Pakistan@reborn.com”.

Fawad Ch, even before the cabinet reshuffle event, was seen too focused towards the technology sector in Pakistan. He even met with Kuninori Matsuda, Ambassador of Japan to Pakistan to discuss cooperation between both countries in the field of technology. Also, last month the minister also claimed that Pakistan will soon get a truly media university with a dedicated technology hub. Maybe he was already planning for this ministry even before the cabinet reshuffle news was made public, or who knows.
